Self Defense Workshop

This is a 3 day self-defense workshop for adult women in Baltimore City. Led by our Security and Self-Defense Instructor, women in the community will participate in this 3 day workshop covering situational awareness and impact training. Each class builds upon skills so it's in your best interests to purchase the full workshop pass so you gain as many skills as possible. This workshop has limited capacity.
